Pricing
As with most work done on your property, an in-home visit is the only way to provide accurate pricing. Proposals are free and with no obligation to you.
In general, average Staging for vacant homes ranges from $2,000 - $2,600 for the Initial Staging Fee, including the first month's rental. Follow-on rental applies at a much smaller rate.
Owner-occupied homes are staged for a flat fee. $150 for a one hour consultation, and an optional $750 for an economical "Staged In A Day" using only your posessions. No rental applies.
Larger homes, more complex staging, accessibility, existing clutter and many other factors affect pricing. Initial staging fees apply to the first 28 days; thereafter, additional fees are charged for items that remain at the property.
